And the 22'' instant having been fixed and appointed by our commissioners for that business; we have therefore resolved to notify you thereof, requesting that your delegates, together with the authorized principal stockholders, may be here at the Hague on the evening of the 21" instant, with full powers and instructions, in order to appear on the following day before our Commissioners above mentioned, who will then proceed to business.
