They shall also come prepared to resume and, if necessary, amend the order for the Director of New Netherland, Curasao, Cape de Verde, Senegal, Gambia, Sierra Leone, the Wild Coast, Fernando Noroncho and the Colonies planted here and there, and for this purpose each in his place shall bring with him all books and papers for information thereon.
