[E.B. O'Callaghan (ed.) (1856)] ratify and will, that it be maintained and perfected, and be valid and of good effect forever, and that whomsoever the aforesaid petitioner hath given the said manor, or a portion thereof, or assigned any rents or usufruct thereon to, he shall use the same according to the laws, statutes and customs of the place wherein situate, in the same manner, and in all forms and ways, as if the said gifts or grants were made and executed before the General Company, or others, their agents, whom it may concern.
