A. certain letter from the Provincial Court of Holland, Zealand and Friesland, Holland. is exhibited and delivered to their High Mightinesses' Assembly, being attached to a sealed bag full of papers relating to the New Netherland case between Samuel cum'socii?'""""' Blommert cum sociis, plaintiffs against the Guardians of the minor children of The GuaVdians of KiHaen vau Renselaer, Defendants; Whereupon deliberation being had, it is LrrchiiJr"en.*'"°'' Tcsolvcd and concluded that the aforesaid letter and bag shall remain sealed and deposited in the office of their High Mightinesses' Secretary, until the costs and charges which have accrued in the aforesaid case shall have been paid and defrayed.
