[ From the Register of 'West India Affairs, 1652 — 1663, in the Eoyal Archives at the Hague. ] Wednesday, 13 March, 1652. Folio II. Received a letter from the Directors of the West India Company, Chamber of Provisional Order ^-'i^ Maase at Delft, dated the 8"" inst., in answer to their High Mightinesses' emment"^of°New despatch of the February last relative to the Provisional Order respecting the Government, preservation and population of New Netherland. Which being considered, it is resolved and concluded that the aforesaid letter shall be placed in the hands of Mess" Huygens and other their High Mightinesses' Deputies for the affairs of the West India Company to look over, examine and to report thereon.
