(1856)] Which being considered, it is resolved and concluded hereby to request the abovementioned Lords of Holland not to have any scruples against allowing said Mr. Henrick van der Capelien tho Ryssel copy of the said opinion and petition respectively, that he may make use of the same as to him shall seem meet.
