Seventh Annual Meeting of the New York State Historical Association, held August 22d, 1905, at the Court House, Lake George, N. Y.

At the Seventh Annual Meeting of the New York State Historical Association, held at Lake George on the 226. day of August, 1905, a quorum being present, the President, James A. Roberts, called the meeting to order, whereupon it was duly moved, seconded and carried, that the reading of the minutes be dispensed with. The report of the Treasurer, James A. Holden, was read and adopted after having been approved by the auditors. Dr. Joseph E, King and the Hon. Grenville M. Ingalsbe, It was further moved, seconded and carried, that the annual publication of the society be not sent to those members who are two or more years in arrears in their dues. Dr. Sherman Williams, chairman of the committee on historic spots, reported orally that arrangements had been made for the erection of a boulder with a bronze tablet at Half-Way Brook, and that arrangements were in progress for marking other spots in \!he vicinity of Lake George. The report was accepted and the committee continued, and the comtmittee were requested to make a written report with a historic sketch relating to the spots marked and proposed to be marked, which report together with a cut of the tablets erected and to be erected shall be published in the proceedings of the Association.
