Thomas Scharf (1886)] TO HAVE and to HOLD all and singular the said Premises hereby Granted, Bargained, Sold, Enfeoffed and Confirmed, with the Appur-tenances, unto the said Jacob Van Tassel and to his Heirs and Assigns to the only proper Use, Benefit arid Behoof of the said Jacob Van Tassel and his Heirs and Assigns forever.
