St. Patrick's Human Catholic / 'hurrh. — St. Patrick's Roman Catholic Church at Yerplanek's, was founded about 1845. The Rev. John Hackctt appears to have been the first priest. He ceased to be pastor in 18515. During his incumbency in the pastorate he carried on missionary work at Sing Sing, which resulted in the formation there of St. Augustine's Roman Catho-lic Church. He died at Tarrytown June 11, 18(13, being at that time priest of St. Teresa's Roman Catho-lic Church. The succession of pastors appears to have been as follows : Citliilili'lit-cil. 1845.
