Renselaer's Regiment belonging to the nine Months Service who the said Zachariah Butler by a Recognizance entered into before this Board engaged to deliver up Ordered that the said Elisha Rodgers be delivered over to Col Henry K Van Renselaer Commanding the Regiment of new Levies.
