The Board conceiving that the Commitment of Stephen Van Dyck has been sufficient long we do therefore order that he be brought before us, On his Offering sufficient Surety for his future Good Conduct it is

resolved that he be liberated on his entering into a Recognizance for his future Good Behaviour and appearance when called upon by any one of the Commissioners of Conspiracies --
