The Board having taken into Consideration the Complaint Exhibited to them by Cof Schonhoven & Major \ aylor on the 18 th Respecting a Number of disaffected Instant Inhabitants of Newtown do in Consequence thereof -- Resolve that Col 1 Stephen J. Schuyler be requested to
order a Party of Men of his Regiment to proceed to Newtown and there Endeavour to apprehend the Persons Complained of that the Officer who is to Command the Party be informed of the Business he is to go upon and he be Charged to Communicate his Instructions to no person Whatever --
