The general rule regarding the arrangement of the component parts of a sector chart is that the divisions should be arranged according to magnitudes clockwise with the 12 o'clock mark as the starting point. This rule, however, is a flexible one. It should be noted that the 192 7 circle follows the general rule and establishes the arrangement of shadings which is adhered to in the other circles.
